As we approach the end of the year it's time to reflect and give thanks.

This year I hired my 15 year old daughter Eleanor to edit our end of year sizzle reel. To say I'm proud of her would be an understatement. She's constantly creating "edits" for her favorite shows and films, so I knew she was going to do something incredible. I think we all can agree she has a future in trailers if that's the direction she chooses.

Of course I'd also like to thank all the music supervisors, editors, creatives, and executives that gave us a chance this year. Brash is just a one-person operation and sometimes it feels like we're fighting uphill battles, but clearly this reel shows that we can keep up with anyone. We had social media spots, TV spots, full trailers, sound design placements, catalog placements, custom cue placements, and remixed some of the biggest artists of the year. We even composed music for the Clio's Entertainment Awards opening sizzle reel. It was a year of firsts and a year of biggests.

And I couldn't do it without the support of an international team of trailer composers and sound designers. And an understanding family, of course - they're my best teammates.

As we move into 2026 I promise not to take any of these relationships for granted. We have a huge year of trailer music releases and sound design toolkits planned and I'm always available for custom remixes for any size project.

NEW WORK | FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S 2 | SOCIAL CAMPAIGN

We're back with more contributions to the Five Nights At Freddy's 2 campaign. Espen Haagensli's custom cue "Carnal" has been used throughout a variety of social media spots.

The film comes out this Friday and we've got our tickets. Do you?

What an incredible night at the Clio Awards!

I am beyond chuffed, beyond thrilled, and beyond stoked that my company Brash was asked to provide music for the opening hype reel edited by Create with music supervisor extraordinaire Danny Exum.

Our amazing composer Jannick Damkvist composed an outstanding custom overlay of Irving Berlin's "There's No Business Like Show Business," which played over clips of pretty much every amazing trailer from 2025. Many people are even saying that counts as us having landed every trailer this year. I mean, I'm not saying that, but many people are.

Congratulations to all the rad studios and agencies whose work we celebrated tonight. I'm honored to have played just a small part in making the night special.

I had a really fun night at the award show and afterparty with my pals Steve Nice and Kovas.

As the year winds slowly to a close, we're looking back at what we accomplished in 2025. And we're looking forward to everything we have in store for 2026, starting with a logo refresh.

We found this clip on an unmarked VHS tape from Goodwill and it just sort of fit our whole mood. Lucky for us.

NEW WORK | FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S 2 | TV SPOT

We are 2 for 2 on Five Nights At Freddy's campaigns and that's pretty sweet. It's certainly a thrill to be back with Freddy, Chica, Mike, Abby, and the rest of the gang.

Our latest contribution to the franchise comes by way of a TV spot featuring our cue "Static Whisper" which incorporates a music box melody from the 19th century composition "My Grandfather's Clock". The cue was composed by Jannick Damkvist.

A huge thank you to music supervisor Matthew Tolhurst and the entire team at Inside Job as well as everyone at Blumhouse and Universal Pictures.

NEW WORK | BLACK PHONE 2

We're thrilled to confirm that our custom sound design was used in the campaign for Black Phone 2. I saw the film on opening night with my daughters and can confirm that it's an excellent film.

The campaign featured trailer SFX from composer/sound designer Jacopo Cicatiello's Possessed Strings Toolkit which we released to the industry earlier this year.
