Dear William Raveis Family,

We are traveling around Florida, introducing Elite Concierge Services (ECS) this month. My Road Show kicked off in North Palm Beach and Boca Raton, and we had a big regional gathering at the Naples Botanical Garden. It was a tremendous turnout, with nearly 120+ agents, managers, and marketing support staff attending from across Southwest Florida. Excitement is in the air for a busy selling season ahead!

At William Raveis, everybody is rowing in the same direction with ECS. In our Northern Region, Christa Ross (SVP, Lead Coach) and Cristy Dow (Director of Training), just wrapped up their six-month Career Development series. Those agents using ECS as part of their Unique Value Proposition are achieving measurable results. Likewise, Matt & Molly Lane (GM/SVPs-Southern Region), Carrie Lademan (RVP-Southwest FL), Nancy Cardone (RVP-South FL), and Owen Tyler (RVP-South Carolina/Georgia), along with our local Sales Managers, will be doubling down on ECS training, so be sure to participate in this critical initiative...stay tuned.

With every office and regional meeting so far, we've had some lively debates. For years, the industry has told agents what they're worth and how much to charge. Along with the NAR settlement and change to Buyer Broker regulations, we have a golden opportunity to challenge the agent mindset regarding your earned fees. Our family company is unlike any other. At William Raveis, we believe that connectedness and caring for our communities is simply the right thing to do. It's in our DNA. Through our William Raveis Charitable Fund (WRCF), we go the extra mile to help those who are affected by cancer. We've raised over $5 million since we started in 2003--a real team effort, thanks to all of you!

Behind the scenes, our wonderful William Raveis agents, managers, and staff volunteer their time, promote WRCF silent auctions and raffles on social media, and help organize 40+ local office fundraisers. With generosity from friends, family, and local businesses, 100% of funds raised supports Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Our goal this year is $400,000 across WRCF events like these:
