The market's about to take off! This is what our teams in Andover, Brookline, Boston Back Bay/South End, Marblehead, Natick, Needham, Newton, and Wellesley were talking about at my Massachusetts Roadshows (more visits coming soon).

All the signs are positive. The Federal Reserve has made its first cut in 2025, and I predict two more adjustments will bring down interest rates to 5.25% or 5.0% by year end. After three years of light inventory, the housing market should surge in 2026. More people will want to put their home on the market, and more buyers will show up as rates drop. Excitement is in the air...it's a great time to be part of our family-owned company.
