Dumpling Day was a delicious success! We enjoyed fried, steamed, and soup dumplings along with some amazing handmade eggrolls and alllll the fun toppings. As an added bonus, students were invited to make their own stress balls at our DIY station. Here's to a making finals season a little less stressful!

Wrapping up Super Hero Week with some of our WSU Dining and Chartwells Catering team members. There are so many more not included here, but they are all SUPER nonetheless. Thank you all for keeping things running smoothly (and keeping much of campus from being "hangry" the weeks before finals!)

We recently celebrated Earth Day and Stop Food Waste Day by engaging with students and staff on ways we can reduce food waste. We weighed discarded food, reviewed best practices and took a pledge to do our part in food waste reduction. Our staff took the opportunity to do some Waste Not retraining. Students also got an opportunity to plant and take herbs or flowers to grow at home!
