New retail destination coming to Łańcut, Poland 🛍️ 🏗️ https://www.across-magazine.com/refield-develops-new-retail-park-in-lancut-poland/

Refield has started the development of Pasaż Łańcucki, an 11,200 m² retail park designed to serve Łańcut and the wider region.

Located along Regional Road No. 877 and just 20 km from Rzeszów, the project will offer a broad mix of well-known brands, including Lidl, CCC, Rossmann, Action, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Tedi, Smyk, H**e and FlyPark.

The scheme is already nearly 90% leased, highlighting the strength of the location and the appeal of its tenant mix.

With more than 430 parking spaces and a catchment area of nearly 370,000 potential customers within a 30-minute drive, Pasaż Łańcucki is set to become an important retail destination for the region.

The opening is scheduled for September 2027.

Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet has received final approval for its long-planned expansion, growing from around 21,000 to up to 29,500 sqm, with roughly 30 additional stores joining the existing 120. The approval comes despite sustained opposition from Saarbrücken, Homburg and Neunkirchen, all of which have announced further legal challenges over concerns about the impact on their city center retail.

The dispute is far from settled, but construction can now move forward.

Sonos, Inc. has commissioned a scientific report, "Sound for Business", developed under the supervision of Prof. Daniel Müllensiefen of the University of Hamburg, exploring what decades of research actually show about the impact of sound on customer behavior.

The findings are hard to ignore: slow-tempo music alone has been linked to a 38.2% increase in daily sales in one landmark study, alongside measurable effects on dwell time, perceived quality and purchasing decisions. ‼️

The article explores how businesses can move from background music as an afterthought to sound as a deliberate, zone-specific part of the customer experience.

Decathlon has extended its lease at Vis à Vis Wilanów retail park in Warsaw, where it has operated a 607 sqm store since 2018. The fully leased, 4,300 sqm park, owned and managed by Real Management S.A., sits on the main road connecting Warsaw city center, Wilanów and Konstancin-Jeziorna.
