This was not a typical restoration project 🤯

A PG homeowner reached out to us to finish their windows and doors.

The two suites were occupied by tenants during our work - so we set up dust barriers, air purifiers, and made sure we left a clean, sterile environment free of dust or construction materials daily in order to have as little impact on their lives as possible.

These are before and after photos of a few of the windows and doors we finished in the home.

We are very proud of how the finished product turned out. The tenants can now comfortably enjoy their space.

Sometimes, plumbers really do love up to their name!

This home suffered an unfortunate water leak that warranted an entire kitchen tear-out. Here we are bringing the kitchen plumbing to code, changing all the plumbing under the sink and to the hose bib.

During the rebuild, we built a temporary kitchen so the homeowners didn’t have to figure out alternative accommodations on their own dime. We also changed out their kitchen plumbing at cost to us.

Before, during, and after.

This homeowner had an unfortunate flood in their basement - we tore out damaged materials, repaired the leak, dried the area, and rebuilt this basement better than before.

We also added Dricore subfloor and repaired a small crack in the foundation.

The best part of this project was the fresh baked goods the homeowner made for us everyday! 🥧

Before, after, and the crew that built it!

The District of Vanderhoof had an unfortunate flood in one of their heritage buildings: The OK Cafe. Which is over 100 years old! 🤯

We dried out the structure, and rebuilt the commercial kitchen, so future tenants can continue to serve amazing food in this historic building, allowing the legacy of The OK Cafe to live on.
