ARC Addictions Recovery Cafe will be offering a hot meal at lunchtime in September 😋

We have our walking group today and yoga at 1.30 at Dunoon Foodbank. Please come and join us 🥰

What a fab, busy wee day at Arc today!! A massive thanks to Sara Hawley for the last couple of months leading our walking group!! Thank you Sara, please don't be a stranger! 🥰

Our walking group will continue with our newly trained leaders, Nigel and Chris.

Also, a lovely first session with Kirsty from One Sun Yoga, enjoyed by all who attended! This will be held each Wednesday at 1.30. 🥰

A great day - thanks to everyone who attended and a big thank you to our wonderful volunteers who work tirelessly on a Wednesday and behind the scenes to make it all happen. We couldn't do it without you!! 🥰
