After identifying what's important, doing them may require some work especially if you are always busy, and if you don't know where to start. Here are some ideas to guide you through:
1. Be intentional - Everything you do should be in line with your overall purpose. Reminding yourself of what's important can help you so manage your time that you only do things that bring you closer to what's important.
2. Protect your energy - You need good, positive and sufficient energy if you want to see good success. When you mismanage your energy, you inadvertently burn time that you would need for better productive tasks.
3. Do it your way – Do your task even if your peak work time is everybody else's lunch break, or you are a morning person and no one around you is. Pay attention to your body and your mind, find the schedule, pace and rthym that improves you, and consistently follow through.
