ٹیکس ایئر 2026 میں Tier-1 ریٹیلرز کون ہوں گے، FBR نے بتا دیا

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (FBR) نے باضابطہ طور پر Tax Year 2026 (جولائی 2025 سے جون 2026) کے لیے Tier-1 ریٹیلرز کا تعین کر دیا ہے، جو اپڈیٹڈ سیلز ٹیکس ریگولیشنز کے مطابق ہے۔

اس اقدام کا مقصد کمپلائنس کو بہتر بنانا، ٹیکس بیس کو بڑھانا اور پاکستان کے ہائی والیوم ریٹیل بزنسز کی مانیٹرنگ کو مزید مؤثر بنانا ہے۔

FBR کے مطابق، Tier-1 ریٹیلر وہ ہوتا ہے جو درج ذیل میں سے کسی ایک یا زیادہ کیٹیگری میں آتا ہو:

نیشنل یا انٹرنیشنل چین آف اسٹورز کا حصہ ہونے والا ریٹیلر۔

ایئر کنڈیشنڈ شاپنگ مال، پلازہ یا سینٹر میں کام کرنے والا ریٹیلر (کِیوسکس شامل نہیں)۔

ریٹیلر جس کا گزشتہ 12 مہینوں کا سالانہ بجلی کا بل 12 لاکھ روپے سے زیادہ ہو۔

وہ ہول سیلر-کم-ریٹیلر جو کنزیومر گُڈز بلک میں امپورٹ اور ہول سیل سپلائی کرتا ہو اور براہِ راست صارفین کو بھی بیچتا ہو۔

ریٹیلر جو پوائنٹ آف سیل (POS) سسٹم کے ذریعے ڈیبٹ یا کریڈٹ کارڈ پیمنٹس قبول کرتا ہو، بینکنگ کمپنیوں یا اسٹیٹ بینک سے منظور شدہ ڈیجیٹل پیمنٹ سروس پرووائیڈر کے ذریعے۔

ریٹیلر جس کی گزشتہ 12 مہینوں میں سیکشن 236G یا 236H کے تحت ودہولڈنگ ٹیکس کٹوتی FBR کے نوٹیفائی کردہ تھریش ہولڈ سے زیادہ ہو۔

کوئی بھی شخص یا کلاس جسے FBR نے آفیشل گزٹ میں شامل کیا ہو۔

Tier-1 ریٹیلرز کی یہ درجہ بندی ٹیکس ایگزیکیوشن کو مضبوط کرتی ہے اور FBR کو سیلز، ریونیو اور ٹیکس کمپلائنس کو ٹریک کرنے میں آسانی فراہم کرتی ہے، جو ملکی معیشت کی شفافیت اور ترقی کے لیے نہایت اہم ہے۔
