Most things you complain about, you can do nothing about. If you can do something about them why aren't you? Why choose complaints and frustration instead?

Everything is a choice...even misery.

This doesn't dismiss challenges and difficult times. This is inevitable in life.

Staying in gutter of misery is what you have control over. Peace and joy comes from within. It is unachievable to maintain externally because life presents peaks and valleys.

Choose your happiness in spite of. Focus on the things that bring you joy.
