RAMSEY COUNTY: RCSO says they arrested a 24 year old who is suspected of setting up Facebook Marketplace purchases across Ramsey County and then robbing people with a gun. RCSO says they recovered stolen items and handgun at his residence.

OUR LATEST UPDATE ON THIS INCIDENT - November 20, 2025:
According to officials with the Apple Valley Police Department, this incident was the result of a weapons violation. It was reported that around 4:16 PM on Tuesday, police received a report of a male subject flashing a gun at a reporting party. It was reported that the gun was held up, but not pointed at them. Apple Valley officers stopped the subject, who was taken into custody but later released pending further investigation and charges.
