A film called The Perfect House was the first feature film to premiere on Facebook. Kris Hulbert wrote it, directed it and produced it. He runs Gratwick now.

A studio normally works like this. A project disappears behind a closed door for two years, spends money that is not its own, and comes back asking you to like what it made. If you do not, everybody finds that out on the same day, and by then the money is gone.

We are doing it the other way round.

Just Drive is a feature film with Antonio Sabáto Jr., who is a founding partner of the company as well as its star and lead actor and an executive producer. The whole thing is live from the first audition to the final take. The audience influences the casting. The audience is on set for the build.

So the people who would normally hear about a film once it was finished are instead in the room while it is being decided. And anything that is not working gets found out in week two instead of year two.

Gratwick is a new studio model built for this era, and Just Drive is the first film we are making this way.
