My goal is to share my favorite Colorado recs with you for hiking, camping, skiing, stays, dining, and outdoor adventures so you can save time planning and start enjoying all the beauty this state has to offer.

the most magical week of canoeing 25 miles down ruby horsethief canyon with my 7th grade class ✨

this is truly the best group of 15 7th graders you will ever meet - kind, funny, smart, creative, curious, and determined. we saw some incredible sights, learned a lot about the world & ourselves, laughed a lot, and only tipped once (my canoe 😅). the future is in good hands y’all!!

forever grateful to be their teacher and get to experience my first ever canoe trip with this awesome group of kids, parents, and our fearless leader Joshua Berman 🛶🫶

BOULDER REZ HALF 💕 what a blast!!

such a scenic & fun course at the boulder rez half marathon yesterday!! it was more trail than i realized and my watch clocked almost 600 ft of gain! i tried out a run/walk pacing strategy that worked very well for the first 8 miles, then switched it up the last 5 miles as it got hotter to get my HR under control and finish strong 🏃‍♀️ not a PR this time but my 5th fastest half - and I’m proud I pushed myself to run hard! 🙌

grateful for my health, the opportunity to race, & the chance to get ready to try again next month 👀 I’ll continue to use to train and you can use code RUNNAYBDN6BM to try it for two weeks free!
