The DaRand Land Remix of Rillia was released in 2016 on Scissor & Thread as part of Villete’s Girl Next Door EP. The Rochester-based producer keeps the original’s emotional tone but grounds it in a classic deep-house framework, steady tempo, rounded low end and smooth, evolving chords.

It’s a clear example of DaRand Land’s production style, where atmosphere grows from arrangement and sublte effects. Every element serves the groove, creating a track that still stands as one of Scissor & Thread’s most enduring deep house cuts.
