Guys… Shellabration 2025 was absolutely spectacular! 🦪💙 We’re still riding the wave of excitement and gratitude. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate oysters, conservation, and community with us.

From the incredible food (seriously, our vendors crushed it) to the amazing music, laughs, and good vibes all around — it was everything we hoped for and more. 🌊

This morning’s mission: dive for scallops down in Tampa.
Came up with a good haul and cleaned them right on the dock using our Toadfish Clam Knife — couldn’t be easier. Cooked them up the way we always do: a little butter, garlic, lemon, and linguine. Simple and perfect. 🍋🍝
