WTE just posted an article detailing the hoops and hardships of starting and running a local business in Cheyenne (and Wyoming). WTE's article notes that in Wisconsin, the state where Ranch Eats Owner, Strand, previously lived, it's apparently a lot more straight-forward to start a new business than Wyoming.

Come out to Bonsai Books tomorrow 11am-5pm grab yourself a yummy drink and some books. Most books will be priced at wholesale price. What does this mean? That you the customer will pay what we bought the book for wholesale. Tell all your friends! We will have a couple exceptions, the author signing book is not discounted but when you buy one of her books you get 25% off a drink. Also our wrapped, " Just Trust Us!" books will be discounted but will not be wholesale priced. Thanks again for all the support over the last 2 years!!

OG's will remember this one. Super Kmart Thornton, Colorado. I filmed it as half abandoned many years ago. Now, it appears to have been mostly (if not entirely) replaced with new retail. Nearby is a fitness gym, and now, there's this place.
