Euclid has been officially named an America 250-Ohio Community, which will be partaking in the celebration of the semi-quincentennial, or the 250th anniversary of our nation on July 4, 2026.

Everything seems to cost more nowadays. Even with coupon clipping (yes, coupons still exist and, yes, I still clip them from paper ads), I am still amazed that I can spend $50 on groceries and walk out of the grocery store with just one full bag.

So, when the Cuyahoga County Appraisal Department sent out the notice last year that my home value was increasing by almost 52% and my property taxes by 31%, I about had a panic attack.

After taking a couple days to breath and think through our options, one thought struck me: the amount of equity we have in our home has increased tremendously and we can tap into that. Read more about home equity in the article below -->

Since April 17, 2015, Antiques & Uniques, an antique mall of 100 dealers, located at 30200 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, has sold 465,000 items to 166,000 people from all over Ohio, 10 states, and 4 foreign countries.
