Keon Naki Wilson-Hawkins, 21, is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, kidnapping, and carjacking in the death of Boots, whose body was found in a silver Toyota SUV in the field off Crum Road near Walkersville.

Early on the morning of Jan. 10, 2024, Brice Boots left his Pikesville home. Later, he ended up dead in a farmer’s wheat field outside Walkersville.
