Only 15 days away from reaching my personal goal of rebounding 365 days in a row. My channel is meant to inspire the 55% of the population who is over weight like me. I've been doing a Health Bounce everyday to OXYGENATE my blood and my cells. My new supplement I started on Saturday had my brain doing something last night while I was trying to sleep. I could feel the activity in my brain so I researched it this morning and apparently my sulforaphane supplement increases BDNF, Brain-Derived Neurotropic Factor.
