I’m good with aging… I just don’t want to look tired. 🤎

Between weight loss, perimenopause and good ol’ gravity 😂, I’ve noticed some changes in the fullness of my face. So after watching Kathy’s work for about TWO YEARS, I finally booked my facial balancing consultation at NIMS MedSpa.

Kathy was amazing. She really listened to my concerns, broke everything down for me and understood that my goal isn’t to change my face or chase looking younger — I just want to look refreshed and still look like ME.

Started out cute, energetic & determined to beat the storm…ended up BROKE DOWN on the floor. 😂🥵

But the raised beds are cleared, solarized and officially getting ready for my fall garden! 🌱🙌🏾

Lesson learned: garden work on an empty stomach with not enough hydration or electrolytes is NOT the move. 😩😂 But I got it DONE before the thunderstorm! ⛈️

These tortoise home accents from Better Homes & Gardens immediately caught my eye. Tortoise is one of those patterns that can work almost like a neutral while adding warmth, depth and a little luxury to a space.

Now it’s time to make room for the fall garden. 🍂🌱
