Joe Mama's Car Show -- just around the corner. New location this year!

More updates! -
-There's a rumor going around that show cars will be parking on the asphalt, that is false, they will be on the grass. We have full approval to park anywhere but CSI's official soccer field. FOUNDERS PARK IN JEROME IS THE OFFICIAL HOME OF CSI SOCCER
-Speaking of, there will be a scrimmage match at 11 AM the day of the car show as well, so make sure to check it out and support CSI!
-Our Pin-Up contest has garnered a lot of attention, we want to reiterate that this is a FAMILY show, so we ask that all Pin-Up entrants keep attire classy and family appropriate.
-There will be no burnouts, but we are planning a "burndown" Friday night. The premise is that Joe Mama's provides a car that is drained of oil and coolant and then run until it stops. We'll have a 50/50 pot where you can bet on how long it'll run, closest to the actual time gets 50% of the pot, with the other 50% will go to a charity!

Main Street construction in Jerome begins Monday, July 6th.

Construction starts Monday morning, July 6th.

The inside lanes of Main Street will be closed from Birch to Buchanan. This will allow them to start removing the median. One lane of traffic will continue in each direction. For more information and updates, visit our website www.cityofjerome.org.

Business will remain open. Please continue to support them! We encourage parking on the side streets and in public parking areas. Visit our Storymap online for information on access and public parking.

The project will include Main Street from Birch to Buchanan and Main to Avenue A on South Lincoln.

*Main Street is owned by the Idaho Transportation Department.
