Monday shout-out to a very special closing. 🏡🎉

My buyers officially closed on 22811 Buccaneer Ln in Cudjoe Key for $920,000, and this one meant a little more.

They had dreamed of owning a home in the Florida Keys since their children were babies. Now those children are grown, there are grandchildren in the family, and that dream has become something they can all enjoy together. 🌴🤍

I’m so grateful I got to be part of this milestone — and thankful to everyone who helped bring it across the finish line.
