Riding along feeling good… then the slimy creek reminded me real quick. Took a decent spill and honestly I should’ve known better by now. These crossings look easy until they’re not. My buddy wasn’t safe either 😅

Last weekend’s group ride was an absolute blast. We had a great turnout, some wild moments, and a lot of laughs along the way. Really appreciate everyone who came out and made it such a good time. If you are in the Midwest, consider following the page to hear about the next one.

Looking back at this footage feels surreal. This was nearly 8 years ago… my first real long-distance motorcycle trip to Colorado on my KLR 650.

I remember riding about 500 miles that day and collapsing in the hotel room after. Completely drained, but it was earned.

What stands out most is how clearly I still remember it. That first trip leaves a mark. It’s hard to replicate that feeling once you’ve experienced it.

Also, the audio and video skills have come a long way since then.

But this was the beginning. And that’s what makes it worth going back to.

Big promises don’t always turn into real bikes…

Damon Motors came out swinging with wild specs and futuristic tech that had riders hyped. Thousands put down deposits, believing this was the future of electric motorcycles.

Fast forward to 2026… leadership gone, no production bikes, lawsuits piling up, and the website is offline.

This one stings, not just for the riders waiting, but for the entire electric moto scene. The tech is real. The demand is real. But hype without delivery hurts everyone.
