🍂 It’s October! That means all us Mr. Autumn Men and Ms. Autumn Women are putting on those cardigans and enjoying the flavors of fall. (Notwithstanding you freaks who have been ordering pumpkin spice lattes since late August.) 🎃

The strong reactions we have to artificial intelligence may come down to how we conceptualize it. Is AI a god, that could end humanity? Is it an assistant, to help us with mundane tasks? Or is it a thief, eroding human dignity?

Following the controversy about an exhibit at Madison Museum of Contemporary Art that utilizes generative AI, City Cast Madison Host Bianca Martin spoke with Ross Dahlke, assistant professor at the UW-Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication, to further understand how people are interacting with and affected by AI-created content.

It’s University of Wisconsin-Madison Homecoming Week! 🏈 Team spirit is high following the Badger comeback win over Penn State.

Bianca has been with City Cast Madison since day one and we're so lucky to have had her build the show with us.

The Imagination Center at Reindahl Park, the first new Madison library branch in 26 years, is now open at 1814 Parkside Drive! The east side library opened with a ribbon cutting Friday and events all weekend.
