WHAT IS A LEGACY BOOK, YOU ASK?
You've turned a dream or memory in to steel and wheels. You've poured money, sweat, and time in to it. You've invested special occasions and memory moments and countless hours with clubs and friends and family, and even long miles of reflective solitude. You've carefully chosen parts, researched the history, experienced destinations and unforgettable moments. Now the car is part of your story; your story is forever part of the car, along with every mile it drove before it became your prized possession and spare time filler.
So how do you take all of those moments and emotions, all of that effort and expense and add it to a box of restoration and maintenance receipts, a folder of ownership documents, a bunch of old photos, a head full of memories and the historical significance of a car and translate it all in to something tangible that adds significance and value? That's where we come in.
As archival specialists and classic historians, we understand that every nut and bolt makes a difference, but so does every moment. First, we complete a full photo shoot and scan of the vehicle and all documentation. Then, we sit down and do a relevant and meaningful interview with you. Everything matters. We take all of the provenance and the car's story, we add your story and the historical data, and we author your Trophy Ride's legacy in to one Leather Bound Book. Within it's impressive covers, is all scanned paper and photo history on archival paper behind a literary reconstruction of your vehicle's story, as well as your part in it, from the day it was a glint in a manufacturer's eye. With comparative facts and verification to the vehicle, we craft an engaging and accurate history. We write the legacy of your car.
Apart from an extraordinary addition to the show presentation of your vehicle, the bound Legacy Book containing the vehicle's entire history and documentation has added up to $10,000 to a vehicle's resale value. It is a tiny investment compared to what it delivers.
What will you need? Your vehicle, cleaned and prepped for photography. A day without rain. A location of significance. All of the documentation for the car. Any photos of the vehicle. And several hours of your time. We like to set apart a day for the photo shoot, scanning, and interview. Two weeks later, you will receive the disc of all photos, including 20 edited shots used in the book. You will receive a 13X19 location print and a 13x19 fantasy background print. And the Leather Bound, Legal Bound, Archival Biography of your Trophy Ride. It will be the best investment you make in your vehicle. Not to mention how you will swell with pride every time someone reads it or admires it at a show!
