On what is World Mental Health Day, I gotta applaud the homie & other Todd for this masterful navigation of the dark manifestation from self & external torment. Opinions may vary. But you can’t dispute the fact that everything is exacerbated by judgment, ridicule, torment & emotional torture. Biased, but Todd Phillips is the man because he knows we all have insecurities, struggles, trials and tribulations and the answer is ...... empathy, kindness, conversation (pick a word).
Hopefully this all encourages us ALL to keep talking about mental health far beyond this 24 hours. And I challenge you to exercise compassion for others as well as Yourself. 👏🏼 on thought provoking entertainment 🃏
