Charles Fulforth, Kelvin Roberts and Jeremy Fuentes were all sentenced today for the Dec. 8, 2024, Lower Merion home invasion homicide that left Andrew Gaudio dead and his mother, Bernadette Gaudio, seriously injured.

Charles Fulforth was sentenced to LIFE without the possibility of parole plus a consecutive 60 to 120 years in prison.

Kelvin Roberts was sentenced to LIFE without the possibility of parole plus a consecutive 55 1/2 to 120 years in prison.

Jeremy Fuentes was sentenced to LIFE without the possibility of parole plus a consecutive 4 to 20 years in prison.

Fulforth and Roberts received maximum sentences for all their charges.

Judge Risa Vetri Ferman had harsh words for the defendants, and when addressing Fulforth directly, said, “It was cold-blooded evil, you are a predator and a danger to society. This court does not see a drop of remorse, and you are truly the worst defendant I have ever seen.”

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person Ryan Freeman. The 15-year-old male was last seen on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., on the 1900 block of Brunner Street.

His height 5’7″, weighs 120 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a Lincoln High School uniform shirt, black sweatpants, blue rain jacket, and black sneakers.

The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspects depicted in the following video.

On September 14th, 2025, a 27 year old store clerk was shot in the face during an armed robbery of the Bridge Market located at 2099 Bridge St. Responding officers transported the clerk to the hospital where he was later listed in stable condition. Police recovered video from inside the Bridge Market in addition to surrounding businesses. The robbery/shooting suspect was observed casing the area along with another male in the moments leading up to the incident.

Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: (shooter) Black male, thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with gold ‘NARCOS’ logo on the back, black pants, gray and yellow sneakers.
Suspect #2: (lookout) Black male, medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt w/’YALE’ logo on the back, light blue jeans with stripes on the thighs, black sneakers with white and gold trim.

He is 16 years-of-age, 5’7”, 180 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, light brown complexion and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, black hoodie, black Crocs and glasses.

Myrtlewood St. She is reported to frequent the area of 60th and Market Street (56th Street to 60th Street).

She is 16 years old, 5’7”, 142lbs, medium build, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a purple shirt, black tights, white and gold New Balance brand sneakers.

Missing almost 7 years

Katherine Anna Demianczyk, known lovingly as “Katie” or “Kate”

Missing since 2018.

Katie was born on January 31, 1993 in Coral Springs, Florida, and later moved to Pennsylvania with her family. By her mid-20s, she found herself navigating life’s challenges, often staying in Toms River and Farmingdale, New Jersey, and the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Katie is petite, 5’0”–5’2” tall, 100–130 lbs, with blue eyes. She loved experimenting with her hair color — from blonde and strawberry blonde to electric blue and purple — and had several facial piercings (nose ring, a stud above her upper lip, and one under her left eye).

Her family’s last phone call with her was on August 6, 2018. Just days later, on August 11, 2018, she posted a photo of pancakes from the IHOP on Aramingo Avenue in Philadelphia — her last known activity. Since then, there has been only silence.

Katie’s mother, Diane, continues to search for answers. Someone, somewhere, knows what happened.

The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Anani Ferguson. Anani left her home on the 2100 block of North College Avenue on September 19, 2025, at approximately 5:36 a.m. and has not returned.

She is 15 years old, stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 80 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing all black clothing.
