The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Sydney Walker. Sydney, age 17, left her home on the 3400 block of F Street on November 5, 2025, and has not returned. She has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and purple Crocs.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Sydney Walker is urged to contact the East Detective Division at 215-686-3243 or dial 911.

Philadelphia — Teen Grazed by Bullet in North Philadelphia Shooting

On November 8, 2025, at approximately 9:08 p.m., a 17-year-old male was grazed in the right shoulder by a bullet while walking on the 3900 block of North 7th Street near Luzerne Street.

Police say the teen heard multiple gunshots and took cover under a parked car until the gunfire stopped. An unknown individual gave him a ride to the area of Broad and Susquehanna, after which he went home. His parents later transported him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where officers met with him.

The victim told investigators he did not see the shooter and does not believe he was the intended target. He was treated and released, and the Shooting Investigation Group continues to investigate.

Philadelphia — Shooting Victim Drives to Police District for Help
Earlier this morning, around 4:09 a.m., officers from the 35th District discovered a 32-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his left bicep in the parking lot of the district headquarters at 5932 N. Broad Street.

Police say the victim and a female companion were sitting inside a red Dodge Charger when officers found them. The man told investigators he had been shot while parked near Hunting Park and Roosevelt Boulevard after two or three unknown males approached his vehicle and opened fire.

He then drove himself to the police station for assistance. Officers transported him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, and the motive remains under investigation by the Shooting Investigation Group.

Shooting Investigation

At approximately 9:00 a.m., officers in the 14th District responded to reports of a shooting in the 7100 block of Stenton Avenue.

Upon arrival, police located a 25-year-old malesuffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by Medic 33 to Albert Einstein Medical Center for treatment.
The scene remains active, and no arrests or motive have been established at this time.

The investigation is being handled by the Shooting Investigation Group

The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Savannah Green. Savannah is described as a Black female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds. She was reported missing from the 600 block of Lindley Avenue by her mother.

Savannah was last seen on November 7, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m., before leaving for school. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the Northwest Detectives Division at 215-686-3353 or dial 911 immediately

18th District – Shooting Investigation

On November 7, 2025, at approximately 9:10 p.m., 18th District officers responded to reports of gunfire in the area of 53rd and Market Streets. Upon arrival, officers located a 36-year-old male on the 5300 block of Market Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the left arm. The victim was transported to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital for treatment and was initially uncooperative with investigators.

Further investigation determined that the victim had exited a nearby bar and became involved in an argument with another male before the shooting occurred. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall, 35–45 years old, with short dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a long brown coat and blue jeans, fleeing south on 53rd Street and west on Ludlow Street. No arrests have been made at this time.

The investigation remains active with the Shooting Investigation Group.

14th District – Triple Shooting / Moonlight Lounge

At approximately 11:46 p.m. on November 7, 2025, officers from the 14th District responded to a report of a person with a gun at the Moonlight Lounge, located on the 6xx block of Limekiln Pike. Upon arrival, officers located evidence of gunfire, including fired cartridge casings and projectiles, as well as a 54-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by police to Jefferson Einstein Hospital, where he underwent surgery and remains in critical condition.

While officers were at the hospital, a silver Mazda SUV arrived carrying two additional shooting victims. A 35-year-old male (Victim #2) sustained a gunshot wound to the hip, and a 22-year-old male (Victim #3) was shot in the right hand. Victim #3 drove both men to the hospital. Victim #2 underwent surgery, and his condition is currently unknown.

Preliminary information suggests that a fight occurred inside the bar prior to the shooting involving several unidentified individuals. At least one firearm was recovered. The investigation remains ongoing with the Shooting Investigation Group.

22nd District – Critical Injury Crash
On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 12:34 a.m., a critical injury crash occurred on the 2600 block of North Broad Street. Preliminary investigation indicates that a 33-year-old male pedestrian, who appeared to be under the influence, had been wandering the area before entering the roadway and lying down in the middle of Broad Street.

A black Nissan Rogue traveling northbound struck the pedestrian, who was dressed in dark clothing and was not visible due to dark and rainy conditions. The driver immediately stopped, contacted 911, and remained on the scene, fully cooperating with the investigation.

Philadelphia Fire Department medics transported the pedestrian to Temple University Hospital, where he was treated for a head injury, multiple rib fractures, and internal bleeding. The victim remains in critical condition. The investigation is ongoing with the Crash Investigation Division.

26th District – Found Device

At approximately 9:44 a.m., police responded to a report of a found device inside a residence on the 20xx block of Martha Street. The Philadelphia Police Bomb Squad was notified and cleared the property.

No injuries were reported. The investigation remains ongoing with East Detectives.

The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Leilani Oconnell-Calderon, who was reported missing on Friday, November 7, 2025.

At approximately 7:00 a.m., Leilani was dropped off at Northeast High School by her mother, but was not located at dismissal time around 2:45 p.m. She is described as 5’4” tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Leilani was last seen wearing a white button-down shirt, tan pants, a black hoodie, and white sneakers. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3153 or call 911
