Former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star has been transferred from a Federal Prison Camp in Texas to community refinement custody. Shah, who was serving a six-and-a-half-year sentence for her involvement in a telemarketing scam, will now be under the oversight of the Bureau of Prisons' Phoenix Residential Reentry Management Office.

Her projected release date is set for August 30, 2026, after multiple reductions in her sentence due to good behavior and participation in prison programming.

Shah apologized for her actions during her sentencing and was ordered to pay $6.5 million in restitution to victims of the scam.

Former "Jeopardy!" champion Philip Joseph "Joey" DeSena, 43, from Raleigh, has been charged with two felony counts of secret peeping for allegedly placing a camera in a bathroom and a victim's bedroom. DeSena was arrested on Dec. 1 and released on a $5,000 bond after providing fingerprints and a DNA sample. He appeared on "Jeopardy!" in November 2024, winning over $40,000, and competed in the Champions Wildcard game in January, leaving with $10,000.
