This week on the Burst & Bloom Podcast, we welcome Jim Rioux back to the podcast to talk about the new Pale Wallace album, "Dispatches", recorded in February of 2026 as a part of the RPM Challenge.

"Dispatches" was inspired by the Ken Burns documentary about the American Revolutionary War: two brothers found themselves on different sides of the conflict--one a Loyalist, the other a Rebel; upon recognizing one another in battle from the opposite sides of a river, they swam to the middle and embraced.
