The CareerTech Testing Center was honored to coordinate Oklahoma state officials, including Rhonda Baker, director of education for the Greater OKC Chamber, and Jennifer Lepard, Oklahoma lobbyist with the Lepard Group, at Metro Tech's Springlake Campus last week as they completed the ACT® WorkKeys® Assessments at Springlake's on-site testing center.

WorkKeys measures foundational workplace skills essential for job success, helping individuals demonstrate the competencies employers value most. State legislators are exploring ways to make WorkKeys more widely recognized across Oklahoma.

Through our partnership with ACT, the Testing Center administers WorkKeys assessments statewide and awards CareerTech certificates based on achievement levels.

Oklahoma CareerTech is proud to support students, job seekers and professionals in strengthening skills, earning valuable credentials and preparing for a brighter future.

We have been notified by ACT WorkKeys that some exams are currently stuck in a “processing” status. They are actively working to resolve the issue and hope to have everything back on track within the next 48 hours.

Day 1 done!!! We were so happy to have a chance to speak at the conference. Now to Day 2. We will be at Instructional Leaders, CIA, BMITE, STEM, and T&I!!! We will also have a few back in the office tomorrow as well!!!
