President Trump signed the U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding while attending the G7 Summit in France on Wednesday.

The agreement aims to halt hostilities, reopen the Strait of Hormuz, and begin negotiations on a longer-term framework between the two nations.

Trump has also said the deal is not final and warned military action could resume if Iran fails to comply.

What do YOU think?

Did the United States secure peace through strength, or is signing this agreement a form of capitulation to Iran?

Did the U.S. make necessary compromises to avoid a wider conflict, or did America surrender leverage?

Do you agree with Trump's assessment, or does it go too far?

Washington, D.C.’s Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool recently reopened after a major renovation project reportedly costing over $14 million.

The upgrade included a new dark “American flag blue” coating, leak repairs, and a modern filtration system using nanobubble technology meant to reduce algae growth.

But just days after reopening, visitors and reports show algae returning to parts of the pool, turning sections of the water green again despite ongoing cleanup efforts by National Park Service crews.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 27-year-old Crescent City man has been indicted on federal charges alleging he sent online messages threatening the president of the United States, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida announced today.

According to the department, Ryan Brown is charged with two counts of threatening to kill the president. If convicted on both counts, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison, the department stated.

According to the indictment, Brown sent an online message through WhiteHouse.gov on April 16, directed to the president, threatening to blow up the White House within one week.

Prosecutors allege Brown sent a second message through WhiteHouse.gov on May 25, stating, in part, that he would kill the president "in cold blood."

An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed a violation of federal law.

Brown is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Today, Gavin Newsom said that he believes the Trump Justice Department is investigating him and his wife.

In remarks addressing the reported investigation, Newsom stated:

"Donald Trump isn't just coming after me because of my mean tweets. He's coming after me because I'm considering running for president... Donald Trump is simply the most corrupt president in American history."

Newsom claimed the investigation is politically motivated and tied to his potential 2028 presidential ambitions.

The Trump administration has not publicly confirmed Newsom's characterization of the investigation.
