To answer the numerous messages we have received, the incident reported in the Turlock Journal, and of which parents have been alerted to via Parent Square, had NOTHING to do with THS Yearbook, the student staff, or advisor. The photos were taken from a third party. Never, at any time, have our student staff or even the advisor accessed these photos, as we were awaiting the uploading of the retakes that happened just last week. The word "yearbook" was used in the parent communications to describe the type of photo used, not the agency from which they were taken.

Parents of the Class of 2026! Your senior photos will be taken on July 28th to 31st. Prestige Portraits will be sending you a card with your appointment date and time. If you do not take your picture in the summer and wait for the retakes in fall, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELECT YOUR YEARBOOK PICTURE, NO MATTER WHAT. If this date and time does not work for you, follow the instructions on the card to schedule a private appointment this summer. The yearbook next year is going to be AMAZING, and we will be adding new extras for the seniors, so make sure your child turns on the notifications for the Class of 2026 Google Classroom and follow us on Instagram ( turlockhighyearbook ) to claim your space in the book.

Instructions on how to schedule senior appointments:
Go to: https://prestigeportraits.com
-Enter your 8-digit appointment code then select "Go".
-If you do not have a code, enter the city and state of the school, then select your school. After you select your school, enter your first and last name then click "Search".
-You will then see the 8-digit appointment code. Enter the 8-digit code in the appropriate box then click “Go”.
From there you can select the date and time of their appointment. Seniors can also contact Prestige directly at [email protected] or call 1-877-825-7922 (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm) for any questions.

Golden Valley High School’s Veterans Stadium is set to host on Friday the Merced County All-Star Football Classic, a showcase created last year after the Rotary Bob Green Football Classic was canceled in 2020 and never returned.
