A handful of the meals and dishes I am making today and this week!

The Hot Honey Jalapeño Cornbread has been a HUGE hit!

Sushi Bake remains at the top of my request list. Shrimp and Salmon Scampi, Protein Loaded Jambalaya, Pierogies in Chicken and Mushroom Sauce and Loaded Thai Potstickers.

Working on some lighter, low carb dishes as well with lots of fresh produce from my garden. Going to miss my fresh veggies!
