The stain from the cap is actually from the oil. The oil doesn’t have dye, oh! 😂 Oh my God, for a second I was scared, even though I know I use the authentic one. I literally shipped this from Nigeria, my vendor no do zero bis! 😂 But thank God, I no Dey chop rubbish.

It comprises of any or every seafood you can think of,
It is very easy and quick to put together and yet so delicious.
Ingredients
Tilapia fish
Milk fish
Sea snail (ngolo)
Periwinkle
Mussels,

Spend a day in my life with me 🤎

I woke up feeling blah, not sick, not sad, just not quite myself. So I talked to a friend, took some time for myself, and tried to get my head in the right place.

I didn’t figure everything out by the end of the day, and honestly, that’s okay. 🤍

Sometimes progress isn’t about having all the answers. Sometimes, it’s simply getting up, taking care of yourself, having that conversation, and reminding yourself that tomorrow is another chance to try again.
