If the reports are to be believed a whole host of clubs are interested in signing Boro midfielder and now U21's European Championship winner Hayden Hackney with clubs such as Crystal Palace, Porto and Bayer Leverkusen amongst other chasing his signature.

The Northern Echo this morning reported that Boro are now bracing for bids that are expected to come in.

How much would it take to lose Hackney? - and how much of a miss would he be for the Boro?

Boro have confirmed that the Swansea game on opening day will be on Sky Sports+

Alongside this, Sheffield United's visit to the Riverside on 30th August has been moved to a 12:30pm K.O

Boro's trip to Deepdale to face Preston North End on 13th September is also a 12:30pm K.O

And finally Boro's home fixture has been moved forward to Friday 19th September with the game now kicking off at 8pm!
