Taking a major step, the youth of Thana Mandi today formed a new youth wing, named MIK i.e. Muzaffar Iqbal Khan Youth Wing. This wing has been formed inspired by the leadership and vision of Hon'ble MLA Thannamandi, Jenab Muzaffar Iqbal Khan Sahib.

During a large gathering in Thana Mandi today, a large number of youths joined the MIK Youth Wing and joined MLA Muzaffar Iqbal Khan. The youths said that Muzaffar Iqbal Khan Sahib is the right leadership for the betterment of Thannamandi and the future of the youth.

On this occasion, Ansab Khan has been appointed as the president of MIK Youth Wing. Apart from him, dozens of other youths including Mehraj Khalid, Rehan Khan, Annum Khan, Azher Mir also joined this wing.

The members of the youth wing expressed their resolve that they will work honestly for the development of the area, solving the problems of the youth and social service. The local people appreciated the spirit of the youth and said that this will create a new political awakening in Thannamandi.

On the directions of Hon’ble MLA Thannamandi, Jenab Muzaffar Iqbal Khan Sahib, the PWD Department team, including the Superintending Engineer, Rajouri-Poonch, Executive Engineer Rajouri, AEE Rajouri Division and JE PWD, visited Ghambir Mughlan to assess the ongoing landslide and road conditions.

The officers inspected the affected site and took stock of the situation on the ground. The team assured the people of Ghambir Mughlan that necessary measures would be taken for the restoration and safety of the affected road.

The visit reflects the commitment of Hon’ble MLA Jenab Muzaffar Iqbal Khan Sahib towards addressing the genuine concerns of the people and ensuring timely action by the concerned department.
