Lucky Sessions @ Lucky Tattoo:
A Produtora Portuense Reggae Playground em parceria com a Lucky Tatto - tatuagem, arte clube & café, convida todos os interessados e demais curiosos a marcar presença nas Lucky Tattoo Sessions, a ter lugar todos os Sábados de Outubro.
A dar início às sessões, no dia 11, teremos Os Selektors , posteriormente no dia 18 teremos a selecção musical positiva e consciente de Bob Figurante e dia 25 teremos Lena Servo & Ruidoom.
As sessões têm início às 16h e prolongam-se até às 20h.
A entrada é livre e a Lucky Tatto sita na Rua Faria Guimarães nr.157, no Porto.

The Porto-based producer Reggae Playground in partnership with Lucky Tatto - tattoo, art club & café, invites all interested parties and other curious individuals to join the Lucky Tattoo Sessions, taking place every Saturday in October.
Beginning on the 11th, we'll have Os Selektors, followed by the positive and conscious musical selection of Bob Figurante on the 18th, and on the 25th, we'll have Lena Servo & Ruidoom.
The sessions begin at 4 PM and run until 8 PM.
Admission is free, and Lucky Tatto is located at Rua Faria Guimarães nr.157, in Porto.

As sessões Soul Shakedown Party direccionadas para a cultura musical jamaicana, em particular o reggae/dub positivo e consciente, após 36 anos de interregno estão de volta na última Sexta de cada mês ao Pinguim Café-bar, ex-libris cultural da cidade invicta, a contar com 38 anos de (r)existência).
Dia 29 de Agosto este incontornável ponto de encontro da noite portuense recebe uma vez mais o Selecta Bob Figurante na manipulação dos vinílicos, secundado pelo londrino Ali Roots e convidados.
Com o início marcado para as 21h e prolongando-se até ás 02, a entrada é livre e o Pinguim sita na Rua de Belmonte 56, entra as Virtudes a e Ribeira do Porto.

The Soul Shakedown Party sessions focused on Jamaican musical culture, in particular positive and conscious reggae/dub, after a 36-year hiatus, are back on the last Friday of each month at Pinguim Café-bar, a cultural landmark of Porto city with 38 years of (r)existence.
On August 29th, this unmissable meeting point for Porto's nightlife will once again welcome Selecta Bob Figurante in the handling of the vinyls, supported by the Londoner Ali Roots and guests.

Sexta 12 de Setembro a Fridayhappiness Associação, a maior comunidade cultural e artística auto-sustentável em Portugal, situada nas montanhas de Monchique, recebe a 13a edição do Dub Club, numa sessão focada nas vertentes mais pesadas de todo espectro sonoro da cultura musical jamaicana, em particular o dub, com o Selecta Bob Figurante na manipulação dos vinílicos, secundado por Dubalistik e pelo Flea acompanhado por Drumma Quinn, numa incursão pelo jungle, género musical que incorpora influências do breakbeat britânico e da cena jamaicana da década de 1980, nomeadamente a cultura dub e soundsystem.
Com o início marcado para as 21h e prolongando-se até às 07h, a entrada é de 20€ para adesão associativa, válida mensalmente.

On Friday, Septemberv 12th, Fridayhappiness Association, the largest self-sustaining cultural and artistic community in Portugal, located in the Monchique mountains, hosts the 13th edition of Dub Club, a session focused on the heavier aspects of the entire sonic spectrum of Jamaican musical culture, particularly dub.
Featuring Selecta Bob Figurante in the handling of vinyl, backed by Dubalistik and Dj Flea alongside Drumma Quinn, in a foray into jungle, a musical genre that incorporates influences from British breakbeat and the Jamaican scene of the 1980s, specifically dub and soundsystem culture.
Starting at 9pm and running until 7am, admission is 20€ for membership, valid monthly.
