The next edition of the Ubiyu Mix Series is here! Featuring our dear friend and staple of the Austin underground scene .

Austin based DJ and producer Slyde Drexler, staunch advocate of the bounce and bass-driven grooves, brings us a dreamy, ominous, left field mix that sets the tone from beginning to end.

An ambassador of underground house and techno, with roots stemming from hip hop, funk, soul, and jazz, his sets deliver a summation of these ingredients which are woven into his storytelling behind the decks.

Beginning in 2003, his persistent hunt for vinyl has evolved from sharp, heavy hitting hip hop routines into longer format electronic narratives. He’s since gone on to share the stage with the likes of Carl Craig, Felix Da Housecat, Omar S, Juan MacLean, Sharam, Chklte, and many more at venues across the US and beyond.

Meet the Artist: Julian Anthony 🇳🇱Julian Anthony is a DJ and producer from the Netherlands whose presence has steadily grown across the global underground. j:me is a Manchester-based DJ and producer quickly carving out his place as one to watch. A dedicated digger with a wide spectrum of influences, his versatile style and refined selection — delivered through sharp, intuitive choices built for the dance floor.

His versatility behind the decks has already taken him to standout stages including Shelter (ADE), OFFSónar Barcelona, and some of the UK’s most respected clubs, with a growing presence across Europe. In the studio, his productions have been road-tested at iconic spaces like DC-10 Ibiza and Sunwaves, earning support from key figures shaping today’s underground. With growing recognition across the scene, he continues to push a raw, timeless sound rooted in the underground.

Meet the Artist: 🇯🇵⚡️A pioneering force in electronic music since the early days of house, Satoshi Tomiie first rose to global prominence with the 1989 classic “Tears” alongside Frankie Knuckles—one of the defining records in dance music history.

A classically trained pianist and longtime member of the Def Mix collective, Tomiie has spent decades shaping the global scene through his productions, DJ sets, and labels such as SAW.Recordings and Abstract Architecture.
