This evening, I had the pleasure of dining with friends. The menu featured Tenderloin Steak Medallions (8oz) paired with smoked salmon, accompanied by fresh grilled corn, roasted red potatoes, and pork belly on the side. Appetizers included shrimp, hummus, and naan. Overall, I believe the dinner was a success.
