🌙 Overnight Construction Begins in Early July on Laurel Street
Beginning in early July, the City of Conway will start infrastructure improvements on Laurel Street between 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue. This investment in downtown's future includes:

To help protect business operations and minimize disruptions for customers, the majority of work on Laurel Street will take place overnight between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• New stormwater piping and catch basin structures
• Water and sewer infrastructure upgrades
• Replacement of pavement, sidewalks, and curbing

The project is expected to be completed by September 30, ensuring work is finished well before Conway's busy fall and holiday season.

These improvements are designed to strengthen the infrastructure that serves our historic downtown, improve drainage, and support businesses and visitors for years to come.

Our team will be working directly with affected businesses before construction begins to discuss access, answer questions, and help ensure operations continue as smoothly as possible throughout the project.

Thank you for your patience and partnership as we make these long-term improvements that will benefit downtown Conway for years to come.
