7-Eleven has filed permits to build a ground-up location at the intersection of US Highway 67 & FM 2738.

The $950,000 project involves the new construction of a 5,374-square-foot store.

Construction is scheduled to begin on May 1, 2026, with a target completion date of February 1, 2027.
