There's a difference between seeing a neighborhood on a map and standing inside the place it's becoming. Heritage Homes is inviting people to experience SunSet Valley in Horace firsthand.

Five model homes are available to tour at 66th Street South and 64th Avenue South, with two communities designed for different stages of life. Open Monday through Thursday noon to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 4:30 p.m.

For most people, closing day is the part they remember longest. Not the showings or the negotiations — the moment the pen hits the table, someone squeezes a hand, and it finally feels real. The Title Company has been part of that moment for over 40 years, across two Fargo locations.

Parents are frequently told to wait and see when a child's speech or communication raises concerns.

Kelsey Knodel, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at Valley Christian Counseling & Wellness, says a proactive approach can make a significant difference, especially in the first three years of life when the brain is most adaptable for building language skills. Every child's voice deserves to be heard.

For most people, building a home starts with a dream. Sometimes that dream is clear. Other times it's more of a feeling than a floor plan.

Thinking about buying or selling in Fargo-Moorhead? The market isn't hot or slow right now — it's more nuanced than that, and local agents say most people are misreading it completely.

Our June Real Estate Issue breaks it all down. We talked to six local agents, profiled two realtors doing things differently, and pulled the numbers on Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, and Horace.

Pick up a copy around the Fargo-Moorhead area or read it online.
