About CollegeSportsInfo.com

CollegeSportsInfo.com was created in 1999 by Matt Peloquin, serving as a basic message forum to discuss the topic of conference realignment. In 2000, the site launched the NCAA Message Board Directory, an index of college sports fan sites for individual schools. By 2001 the directory had grown into the most comprehensive listing of fan sites.

In 2002, with the launch of the "Grid of Conference Realignment Possibilities", the site moved to the domain CollegeSportsInfo.com.

Upon the first talks of Miami considering the ACC, the site received close to a million hits and was featured on hundreds of websites and news articles throughout the United States. Peloquin has also taken part in numerous radio and newspaper interviews to discuss the many possible conference realignment scenarios and various topics in college athletics.

CollegeSportsInfo.com is owned by Matthew Peloquin, also owner of Clear Stage Media, a web design, and media consulting endeavor. Clear Stage has worked with businesses, start-ups and internet sites from various industries. The range includes marketing, consulting, and ecommerce strategizing work for radio conglomerates, financial institutions, retail chains and many other sports related websites. Some of the first work performed at Clear Stage was to launch many of the college sports fan sites located in the CollegeSportsInfo.com directory. CollegeSportsInfo.com has also started its own branch of consulting for both the media and sports institutions for various market research studies.
