“I don’t have time.”
I don’t automatically take that as you making an excuse.
There are 24 hours in a day.
Chill. I didn’t just say “everyone’s 24 hours are the same” 🙃
We’ve all got different responsibilities, priorities, and commitments.
What I find helpful is asking two questions:
What are your current goals?
What are your current scheduling commitments?
Then we build a plan that works with those.
You can absolutely build muscle and get stronger without revolving your life around the gym.
If your priority right now is your career…cool.
If it’s your family…cool.
I’m not here to judge how bad you want it 🙄
I’m here to collaborate with you and help you get stronger without pushing aside what matters most to you.
