Warmups are one of those things folks love to argue about.

Some lifters swear they need 20 minutes of mobility before touching a weight.

Others walk in, and consider putting plates on the bar their “warmup”.

I believe both sides are missing the bigger picture.

the “I already did it once” mindset…the things that slowly pull you away from your rhythm.
