uBreakiFix and Samsung recognize the Local Heroes working on the front lines during the COVID-19 global pandemic. They are the people running toward danger, not away from it, every day by fulfilling their duties in our communities. It is essential that our Local Heroes maintain their ability to communicate for the health, safety, and welfare of all of us.

Samsung will offer ONE (1) free of charge repair with employee verification to eligible customers as a way to say THANK YOU and give back to these vital members of our communities. Must show valid employment ID.

Eligible customers and devices include:
• First Responders
• Law Enforcement
• Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)
• Firefighters
• Doctors
• Nurses
• Pharmacists
• Hospital Staff

Eligible Phone Series:
• Galaxy S, Galaxy Note, Galaxy J and Galaxy A series devices

*Repairs under this promotion shall include but are not limited to, the replacement of damaged/cracked front display or rear glass of the phone, battery replacement or microphone or speaker replacement.

Exclusions:
• Resellers, businesses or bulk repairs
• SEA Employees are prohibited from using this program
• Military staff and employees
• Federal law enforcement
• Federal employees

Excluded repair types include:

• Liquid damage or other motherboard/Main PBA related defects
• Devices that do not power on
