It's time to meet Chris Durkee! Chris has been in the residential building industry longer than anyone at North Point. Over the past 40 years, he has built well over 200 homes. His extensive knowledge base enables him to problem-solve quickly during any phase of construction. His career began as a framing crew manager and evolved into his own construction business over the course of two decades.

Chris hails from Vermont and is passionate about building unique custom homes. He is most rewarded by watching these projects grow from the ground up and become long-lasting structures in the community and landscape.
