Come on down to the Merrimac Public Library today 10-2. We will have home decor items, knitted beanies and earwarmers, and so much more. We do take custom orders as well. New items with Peanut characters on them, grinch beanies and earwarmers. Great time to get some Christmas shopping done.

After 8 years I have decided that Sawdust & Stain is closing. Although I no longer have a store front I won’t be taking anymore orders. Thank you so much for everything. I appreciate all the years and memories I have made.

Over the next month or so I will be selling some items so if you are interested in please be on the lookout.
My biggest thing I’m selling is my laser. I can not ship it it will have to be picked up. Takes 2 strong people.

My why

I started this business a few years ago because of two reasons. My first and most important reason I started working for myself are my kids. I wanted to be able to be around for them when they needed me. To show them that anything is possible as long as you try and give it your all. I love being able to be here for them when they need me especially in the summer and they don’t have to go to a daycare during this time. Second reason, I always wanted to know how people make the wooden signs. After researching and discovering how to do this I started offering workshops and parties for others to be able to make their own.

My big dream is to have a studio sometime for you wonderful people to come and do the workshops there. Although that is in the future I am trying not to let go of my dreams. For now I will continue doing what I am doing helping others create a item they are truly in love with. It’s a great time with friends and family.
