🌟 Radio Schedule Alert
We have some great information to share that you don't want to miss.

Since we do have such a wide range of musical genre on our radio station currently, we are going to be designating certain hours of the day for each type of music genre.

The earliest morning hours will be some light Christian music before Country music kicks in, until the afternoon when Classic Rock will carry the torch into the night for the heavier stuff, as well as our overnight Digging Deeper Podcasts.

Scanner News as well as our ag news including the Horseman's Corner, Cattleman's Corner, Harvest USA Report airs early in the morning in the 5-8 am hours. That will go well with our Country music blocks.

Our contests, including trivia, giveaways, and other fun stuff, will generally be in the afternoon when they occur, but will not happen every day. We're going to take a poll to find out what day our listeners would be on for our live stream. At this point we are thinking about Saturday.

Look for that poll to come out soon and please vote!

Monday, January 1, 2026 6:30 p.m.
(SUTHERLAND, Neb.) -- A high-speed pursuit occurred on I-80 involving the Nebraska State Patrol chasing a vehicle, reportedly a black SUV, from Colorado. During the pursuit, one suspect was held at gunpoint while another, described as a six-foot-tall black man, fled into a field. Radio communications were transferred to secure channels, and it was later confirmed that after an hour of search, the suspect was found and arrested.
The passenger of the vehicle surrendered immediately and was not arrested but was cited instead. Found inside the vehicle were mushrooms, THC edibles, alcohol, and drug paraphernalia. The driver did not possess a valid license and faced multiple charges including reckless driving, evading arrest, and possession-related offenses.
The suspect was booked into the Lincoln County Jail in North Platte, Nebraska on a myriad of charges.

(NORTH PLATTE, Neb.) — Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested one person after a pursuit and search in western Nebraska.

At approximately 6:30 p.m. MT Thursday, a trooper observed an Infinity Q50 traveling over 100 miles per hour on Interstate 80 near Big Springs. The trooper attempted a traffic stop, but the driver refused to yield and fled eastbound on I-80. The trooper initiated a pursuit.

During the pursuit, the suspect vehicle reached speeds of 140 miles per hour and passed vehicles on the shoulder. Near Sutherland, at mile marker 155, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office successfully deployed spike strips to slow the vehicle. The vehicle exited I-80 at the Sutherland interchange and came to a stop on Highway 25. The driver fled on foot and the passenger immediately surrendered.

Troopers and Lincoln County Deputies searched the area for approximately one hour until the driver was located and taken into custody without further incident. A search of the vehicle revealed psilocybin mushrooms, THC edibles, drug paraphernalia, and a bottle of alcohol.

The driver, an 18-year-old male from Colorado, was lodged in Lincoln County Jail for flight to avoid arrest, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, no operator’s license, and other charges. The passenger, also an 18-year-old male from Colorado, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
