Levi Allen grew up in the coastal mountains of British Columbia and it’s there he found his love for telling great adventure stories. He started Leftcoast Media House with the goal of producing independent adventure films that push boundaries of human experience. Ultimately focusing on stories that connect deeply with what makes us human and showcases progression, passion, and the hard work it takes to bring dreams into reality. In his few short years as a director, he's created award winning films that have been featured on broadcast internationally. His second biggest passion behind telling stories, is investing in other filmmakers. He loves sharing the process and journey to creating work you are proud of.

In 7 days Adventure Film Academy will be teaching a workshop at the first ever Kicking Off Our First Year! (Oct 9-11th)

Date: October 11th - 3 hour workshop.
Topic: How to Create Films on Your Own Adventures.

We’ll cover how to actually find the story of your trip, the practical approach to actually getting the footage you need, how to filming yourself when no one else is there, and of course shaping it all into a finished film.

I find my favorite adventures are always the ones where something unexpected happened. The bad weather. The closed roads. To me, those are all ingredients of a great time exploring. That’s why my favorite tools are the ones that can keep up with real life. Six months in, the Sierra EV has handled it all with ease, from the grocery trips to the mountain tops.
