Hello everyone - this is our Triin! Someone, who really loves witty jokes, big-hearted people, being a friend, being a mom and being a partner 🌞 She also loves dancing, music, all the dogs, all the cats, all the chocolate, and diving. Oh how she loves diving! 🐠
She started with HR and recruitment so many years ago that she likes to say “it doesn’t even matter anymore”. What matters is that she still feels she has things to learn, and this is why she loves what she does. She started as an in-house HR Assistant and quickly moved to a Talent Acquisition Consultant role. In-house recruitment is exciting and gives such a good perspective on business development, talent management, and talent planning.
She’s been with TalentHub for over 2 years now, and with her previous experience, she understands what their partners expect from an agency and surprises them with how much more they can actually offer. She has also partnered with some universities in Estonia and occasionally teaches courses about human resources. She just does it, because it’s inspiring and enjoyable, that’s what kind of a person she is! 🫶🏽
Triin has obviously lots of funny memories to share from her time in recruitment. For example suitcase packing hiring manager doing the interview at the same time. Hiring manager, who forgot that he was on a big screen and picked his nose like there´s no tomorrow 🤥 Candidate, who thought Triin was the hiring manager and not a recruiter and tried to woo her. When he understood that she was a recruiter and not the HM, he was so sad because he put in such an effort and it was all for nothing. Poor guy 😁
