Candidates (aspirants) have already submitted their applications seeking permission to contest on behalf of the party in the next assembly elections, the next stage of scrutiny will be conducted and the party high command will select the candidate according to certain criteria. What they are doing is giving press statements and projecting themselves as the next candidate.
AICC and KPCC have come to the notice of the issues that create confusion among the people.
As the party has already made it clear, the ticket aspirants of the constituency must work together to strengthen the party, they cannot form separate groups. No statements should be made without the permission of the party. The workers and the public should not create any confusion situations and make irresponsible statements and every ticket aspirant is requested to follow the below mentioned norms.
1. All the aspirants of every constituency should work together to organize and strengthen the party in unity.
2. All the aspirants who have submitted our party petitions from each assembly constituency should come together and go to each and every booth of the constituency to protest against BJP government scams, mismanagement, corruption, tyranny, unemployment, economic recession, price rise, problems of farmers, workers, industries, covid fiasco, note ban fiasco, 40 In order to make the party workers and voters publically aware of the serious failures like % Commission, theft of voter information and the measures of the previous Congress party governments like Annabhagya, Kalyan Karnataka, special status 371J, meetings and press conferences should be held and efforts should be made to create favor in favor of the Congress party.
3. No one should personally form groups and encourage groupism.
4. Do not violate any of the above instructions and do not make statements in private or in public. No meetings shall be held without the permission of the concerned KPCC Working Presidents, KPCC District In-charges, Presidents of District and Block Congress Committees.
